Health and Global Policy Institute (HGPI) and Health Care Without Harm Southeast Asia (HCWH SEA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
The MOU formalizes HGPI as an affiliate of the Global Green and Healthy Hospitals (GGHH) network and establishes a collaborative partnership to jointly advance climate and health initiatives in Japan. Through this partnership, HGPI and HCWH SEA will work together to advance sustainability in healthcare, leverage their respective networks and expertise, raise awareness, build capacity, and advocate for policies addressing the health impacts of climate change. This collaboration further strengthens HGPI’s commitment to driving climate action and allows us to advocate for policies that address the health impacts of climate change, both in Japan and across the broader Asian region.
HGPI remains committed to driving actions that simultaneously address climate change and improve public health through this strategic partnership and cooperation with both domestic and international stakeholders.
